Honduras El Conejo Red Honey

Organically grown and bird friendly coffee grown at Finca el Conejo in Los Planes, Comayagua, Honduras. This coffee is past crop but has held up exceptionally well. It is fruit forward due to the hybrid processing method where the coffee is pulped but most of the mucilage is left on as the seeds are dried.
