One will be a natural process and the other will be Fazenda Salitre's experimental anaerobic fermentation. Both coffees are fruity - apricot for me - but I found one to be a little more of a dried apricot flavor over fresh.

Fazenda Salitre is a woman owned farm in the Aquitas Coffee Group in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Unlike the majority of Brazilian coffee, Fazenda Salitre picks by hand.
