This coffee was grown in the Kintamani highlands, sitting atop a large volcanic plateau between 1300-1700 meters altitude. The region is serious about it's Organic and Rainforest Alliance certifications, ensuring that pesticides are never used, fertilizers are 100% organic, and bird and land health is maintained.
This bean is smooth and chocolatey on a medium roast. Perfect with some bubur injin, or whatever else strikes your fancy (perhaps french toast in America?).
