The very first coffee we purchased for our roasting operation, and a customer favorite, Selva Negra represents the epitome of sustainable coffee. A family farm where every aspect of coffee cultivation is carefully maintained to reduce environmental impact and improve the lives of the labor force. This coffee is mild, medium bodied with subtle chocolate notes, some toasted almond and spice and a very clean finish in a medium roast (City Plus).
